Case Study: Tactical Link

The client was the lead for a Tactical Data Link and required a supplier to perform the Full Lifecycle Software Development to add a new data link into the multi-link gateway for battlefield communications.

Phixos undertake the work to add the new data link for MIPs (Multi-lateral Interoperability Programme) and to provide full software life cycle development and verification. This project required onsite integration and validation at the end of the project at the clients site as part of acceptance test. Tool set utilised VSS, DOORs, Rhapsody and a bespoke test environment, with implementation in C++.
